Getting Started
We welcome dogs from 12 weeks old who are fully vaccinated and socialised.
Each dog’s temperament is assessed during the free trial. We work closely with owners to ensure a safe environment for all dogs. Dogs with severe aggression may not be suitable for group daycare.
Daily Care
Yes! All our staff have accredited pet first aid training to ensure your dog is safe and well cared for.
We have a close relationship with a local vet who can be contacted immediately should your dog require medical attention.
Policies & Procedures
Valet drop-off is a convenient alternative to traditional drop-off. You simply pull up at the rear of the shop, ring the doorbell, and we collect your dog directly from your car — no need to get out of your vehicle.
Pick-up and drop-off times are only within our operating hours to ensure personalised care and safety.
The trial lets your dog meet our team, other dogs, and experience a typical daycare day. It helps us understand your dog’s needs and ensures they settle in comfortably.

$10 per day for 1–3 days per week
No, we only offer full-day daycare (up to 8 hours) and a separate dog walk & park play service.
If your dog shows signs of illness or distress, we will contact you immediately. We prioritise your dog’s health and wellbeing at all times.
We keep groups small and carefully matched by size, temperament, and play style to ensure safe, happy interactions.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
